Waiting 15 minutes for the bill is quite common in Argentina, but last time we went there, one of the waitress was missing (and then reappeared later) leaving her colleague in charge of more than 15 tables alone. Edit: I don't know who Patricio is, but they seemed to work a bit more when one of the waitress said that he was here. Although still very slow (I could see our plates waiting to be brought to us and the 6 waitress were either drying cutlery or doing something else).
Slow service. Bad communication between kitchen and servers. I waited for my breakfast for 25 min to be informed that they are not able to deliver it. Servers didn’t care. You have a great spot and excellent product but your service needs a huge improvement.
They served us an old eclair which seemed about two days old. It tasted like a fridge.
Asked for toast and marmalade, got super cold probably stale pieces of bread, requested to toast the bread or at least make it warm, the server said we cannot toast bread!!!! Ridiculous!?! It’s supposed to be a bakery, and you cannot even give me toasted bread? The chocolate croissant was at least 2 days old with absolutely no flakes, it was soggy and almost wet. The server literally had her finger dipped in my coffee while she was serving. Please do not waste your time or money here.
Beautiful menu and ideas, so sad the food quality was even worse than service when we visited. Maybe their other locations in less touristy areas have fresh food and better service.
