There are vegetarian or light food restaurants, or something that is very trendy, gluten-free food (that set of proteins present in the wheat flour and it turns out they contain a lot of food that we did not know). Well, one of those restaurants specializing in this gluten-free meal is the Palermo Syntax, a family business that strives to make all its customers satisfied, in addition to their gluten-free meals, with the warmth in their service and their closeness to the diners. It is in the Palermo Quarter, three blocks from the Plaza Armenia and is a very nice place with a design between handmade and ecological. They have a wide menu of salads, empanadas, soups, meats or pastas and also a variety of desserts that you will surely get satisfied and above all feeling very well.
This was our first meal in buenos aires and it was an excellent choice. while it was a bit more expensive when we expected for two burger $30, a limonade and a water,) eating was absolutely incredible. the service was also good, and we will come back to use the many baked goods they offer! would recommend this fully gluten-free device, and the burgers were incredible.
