Cc Swirls - Buffalo

I have tried the best creamy frozen yogurt at two of their locations - Lundy's Lane and the newest one at The Four Points Sheraton on Fallsview Rd. I enjoy their frozen yogurt so much that I don't even add toppings; I just want to savor the flavor of the yogurt. With a wide variety of flavors available, I typically choose 3 or 4 in my cup. For those who like toppings, there are plenty of yummy options to choose from. The staff at both locations were friendly and the atmosphere was really nice.

I was not at all impressed with this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, but the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in providing good service. Despite the empty restaurant, the staff didn't seem pleased to have a customer. The frozen yogurt was not very tasty, and I had to request fresh strawberries as the ones they offered were old and slimy. To top it off, the meal was expensive. I will continue to go to Yogurtys in the future, where I know the food is fresh because the restaurant is always busy.
