Perini Ranch Steakhouse - BUFFALO GAP

We drove 30 minutes from Abilene to Buffalo Gap to try the famous Perini Ranch Steak, and it did not disappoint. It was amazing! Although the prices at Perini are on the higher side, it’s definitely worth it. We started with a quail appetizer that cost around $15, and both of our main dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked, totaling $98 for both. The meat was incredibly fresh, and our waiter did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Perini to friends and family.

That's by far the best steakhouse I've ever had. Maybe a little crazy to go to a steak house and order a burger, but it was the most amazing thing I ever had. we had a reservation of 5 o'clock and the place was already full and busy with energy at the moment we went. we had a short waiting time on the back terrace, which was absolutely beautiful. it is hot in Texas in juni, but it was shady and not bad at all. we sat in the main restaurant and had a very attentive waitress. everything was delicious and worth every penny!

Platz was great! I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. my friends had the steak and loved it. the Jalapeño bites were very good and they get a good part. the prices were very fair. I recommend 100

In my opinion, the prices are a bit higher than necessary, but people seem willing to pay for it. I didn’t mind the ribs too much, but I felt they needed sauce, which I prefer to avoid. Surprisingly, they were cooked perfectly—very tender and juicy. The service was excellent! Our drinks were always filled, the table had a lively atmosphere, and the setting was great. If I had to nitpick, I’d prefer if they informed me about any additional costs upfront when asking if I wanted something. I don’t like surprises on my bill. I’ll definitely return whenever we visit the flea market!

Ambience can be an equally important aspect to the quality of food experience. I found Perini Ranch Steakhouse to be an authentic, rustic Texas dining experience with exceptional food and drink selections. The Perini Ranch stories and recipes shared during our dinner added to our dining ambience. Our experience was one that allowed a conversational atmosphere with a positive and energetic feeling in the room. I felt whether for either personal or business dining, Perini Ranch Steakhouse can be frequented often and enjoyed for all occasions.
