Flappy's Pancake House - Buffalo Grove

The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The service was attentive and courteous. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated, and parking was convenient. I can’t imagine returning to Gails, where I experienced rude treatment and subpar food. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

We celebrated Father's Day with breakfast and arrived early. The atmosphere was lovely, and it's nice to have such a beautiful breakfast spot within walking distance from home!

The decor is bright and cheerful. The portions are enormous, and everything we tried—chicken, omelettes, cinnamon French toast, waffles, and smoothies—was delicious. It's great to see a continuous stream of customers coming to enjoy the food. We'll definitely be returning!

I love the GF pancakes.
