We got beef qalabah with hummus and lamb haneeth and both were super good, the lamb was falling off the bone. Was offered tea after dinner and wish I'd had time to stay and have some, I'm sure it would've been incredible as well. Highly recommend, I hope I can come back and stay for tea
The Lamb Haneeth is great. They cooked the meat to perfection. It's a nice cozy local vibe on the inside as well.
Best food and service in town- we had haneeth and ariqa
I always thought the best Yemeni food was in Hamtramck, MI. Then I ate here. Can't go wrong with the haneeth. But the lamb agdah was on another level.
Came from out of town for a wedding, decided on this place. First off The lamb haneeth was very tender hot sauce was good as well. They served a lamb soup before our meal and it was very delicious and fresh. No lie I got mostly full just off the soup alone. I didn’t get to try their tea but from the guy sitting at another table had it and it looked good, I’ll have to try it next time I’m in town. The lady that served us was very sweet I think it’s a family business everybody seem hard working and very friendly. Please don’t let the outside look of the building deceive you. Yes it’s does give off a sketchy vibe/ seem run down but there is people inside that are hard working and the food definetly is A1. Give it a try it was very fresh and delicious!
