It took 20 minutes until a waiter saw us, took another 20 minutes for drinks and then waited a long time for our appetizers. Then waited for two sandwiches for 45 minutes.
I was pleased to see that this restaurant has a variety of healthy options on their menu. There were plenty of choices to pick from. The portion sizes were good and the prices were average compared to other restaurants in the city. The atmosphere was excellent. The waitress was friendly and provided great service, although she could have visited my table more frequently and the service could have been a bit faster. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.
We had a mishap on our way to the restaurant and notified them that we would not be able to make our reservation at 1:30, but would try for 4 instead. When we arrived at 4:15, they had kept our table and even inquired about our well-being after the accident. The staff was polite, attentive, friendly, and prompt as always. We particularly enjoyed the new wake rolls. This is our go-to spot for Sabres games, and even though we only go twice a year, the 716 Club is still our favorite out of all the ones we have tried over the years.
We enjoyed watching the away games at this restaurant. The only downside was that the TV volume was a bit too loud. However, we received excellent service and our waitress was superb. Overall, it was a great place to visit.
Food was plentiful and very tasty. Medium chicken fingers were a little too spicy...tasted like hot fingers. Server (Sarah G) was fantastic...very helpful...very friendly...very courteous...always had a smile on her face...most likely the best server I ever had in 716.
