Boston Market - Buffalo

I placed an order online during regular business hours and, upon arrival, the restaurant was closed with the lights out. This location regularly runs out of food and closes without notice.

I think this place has closed down. I showed up on a Wednesday at around 1pm only to find the store closed and nobody instead. Very disappointing.

I placed an order on the Boston Market website for pickup and it said my order would be ready by 7:40pm. I got here at that time and the place was closed, no one in sight. They took my money already and there’s absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone, the buildings number is a busy tone and even through the company customer service number I had to leave a message and hope someone calls me back. Now I’m out money for dinner tonight and I’ll have to call my bank and dispute the charge tomorrow because I doubt I’ll hear back from anyone.

Litterally out of all the food. Staff ignored us at the counter Kept Serving others who came in after us because they knew them... We ended up walking out

Ice machine broke, out of all the sauce choices, lobby has become part store room. This place sure isn't what it used to be.
