Friendly service. Fantastic smoothies with incredible variety of flavors that have made them quickly renowned. Food options here that are quite popular with repeat customers, though I have never tried them. A popular place of business known for years throughout downtown's workforce. New locations have recently opened elsewhere in Buffalo's surrounding areas.

I love this place. The guy who works here is super friendly and his prices are incredibly reasonable for the food provided. The photo attached is of his small peanut yogurt bowl, which is delicious and definitely big enough to be a full meal. The only downside I could see is if you 're looking for a more extensive menu or predictable hours. As a one man shop sometimes he has to step out, so he might be not there when you want, but if he is, it is 100% worth it.

I 've only tried the Peanut Butter Cocoa Smoothie and I just keep getting it, because it is DELICIOUS!! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, with rich real cocoa, and each smoothie is made to order. Orders are fulfilled quickly, even when there is a line. They have several specialty coffees I would love to try in the future. Its a really great place to get a treat that isn 't bad for you to brighten up your work day.
