Like any other Chinese place, no matter what you order in 10 minutes. The difference is the cooking oil is always clean and everything is always perfectly cooked, not overcooked. To draw in the Chinese game its over consistent quality. therefore we only order from Fu Sing.

Love It. We always get the Singapore noodles and they are always nice enough to tone down the spice for me. Their food is always hot, and ready and tasty. Probably the best Chinese around Buffalo.
