Jim's Steakout - Buffalo

The food was delicious and served promptly. The sandwiches were not soggy and were prepared correctly. I was very satisfied with my order.

Everything was cold, tacos were wayyyyy too greasy and werent even folded right. never had this issue from them. churro and fries were good tho.

I ordered a 5-piece finger dinner with an extra finger tossed in mild sauce, but when my order arrived, all the fingers were tossed in garlic Parmesan sauce and I did not receive the extra finger.

The delivery service was great, but unfortunately the sub roll tasted burnt. This location really needs a new toaster. The sandwich was also dry, even though it was ordered with mayo and oil. There was barely any mayo and no oil to be found or tasted. I would only give Jim's Elmwood two stars tonight.

Chicken Finger Sub 12" was easily the worst Ive ever had in my life. Chicken fingers were left in the fryer waaaaaaaay to long, dried out and hard as a rock, then just absolutely drowned in enough sauce for 4 subs. Sub was disgusting.
