I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. When I called to inquire about a simple question regarding a menu item, the staff seemed to have an attitude. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 1 out of 5.

Ordered the fried chicken last week for the first time. It was amazing, juicy, nice flavor on the breading. Family was very satisfied. Ordered it today and it was dark and hard obviously over cooked. Called talked to owner, who was very defensive and told me he made the chicken himself. I explained what I got last week was very different then what I got today. Again very defensive and I hung up. He ended up calling back and replacing my order. Again new order was dark and hard, slightly better but definitely not what I had last week. That's very unfortunate because we order things on a weekly basis.
