Mcdonald's - Buffalo

Lazy incompetent people most of them! the whole place is a sweat and car through always lasts 15 minutes or more had to go several paints without eating to wait for the service, they do not answer the phone and if they order up to the window after waiting 7-12 minutes for the service the staff get angry and send them back to wait another 7-12 minutes not ever have me as a customer and I know many others who feel the same!

No driving signs at all. all signs say open until 11 o'clock. raised to drive 815 o'clock, no answer, but all lights on the inside. the hired said they were closed. Why didn't they just say signs that they closed at 8?! don't they advertise if they don't. this place always has problems. It is only necessary to close, and the resources allocated to the other mcd bc are absurd.

Incredibly rude staff. my wife needed the bath so that she wanted to go while I came and brought us to lunch, she was not just flat no said that if she hadn't already eaten her, she didn't want to use the bathroom, then the lady laughed at her when she went to say that I came, though the door. we went and ate somewhere else bc that was only nuts, never living in my life.

There was a girl who worked the counter and drove the wut. it was not her fault that the service was so slow! how about more than 2 workers working in the morning! I get bad for this girl. food: 5/5

I mean it's McDonald's, some locations are amazing, some places just suck!!! The one on Niagara Street, that's great! One on West Ferry, not so good. Location location location, it's everything. Where you're located is where the workers are going to come from. Open in a good spot, get good people working, open in a hood like spot, you're going to get some not too good workers. That's just life experience right there. Lol
