Panorama On Seven - Buffalo

I'm not one to leave a review, especially a negative one. But I felt my experience warranted a review. I wanted to take my partner on a nice date and was disappointed. The hostess was kind and we were seated quickly. But we were soon disappointed and uncomfortable. The table was very ! sticky. Our waiter made my partner uncomfortable by putting his napkin on his lap for him without asking. Our waiter did not know what the specials were and mumbled what he did know into his shoulder so we could not hear him. He did not tell us what the specials were, I had to ask. I asked about the fish, he mumbled something about lobster ravioli ? , then pointed at all the other fish on the menu and said “we have other fish.” I felt it was odd. Then when I asked about the soup he mumbled “cauliflower” 3 times to himself, and then mumbled something else while facing a table of women sitting behind us. He then proceeded to chat with them the whole night. Also the food tasted like straight up butter. I do not think we will be returning. It's unfortunate as the restaurant looks very nice.

My fiancé and I had an excellent experience for his 41st birthday. The staff we're very friendly, prompt and attentive. Atmosphere was nice and romantic with an excellent view of Canalside. Food and drinks were amazing. Definitely an awesome overall experience.

Our waitress Kelly was AMAZING! Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with great recommendations for food and drinks. Extensive bourbon and wine list with great views of canalside. Highly recommend!!

I had party of thirteen for my son’s graduation celebration in the beautiful private room…it was just perfect! Jimmy took care of us, and he was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! He went far and beyond to make sure we were all enjoying the evening. Thank you, Jimmy!…for making other our evening so special!!!

The food was delightful. One hiccup was with our order of scallops with risotto. The risotto was not fully cooked. They were able to fix it in 5 minutes. Also for a restaurant that is not really full, the service was a little sluggish... time-wise. Otherwise the hostess was great, our server was accommodating and friendly, and the food was delightful... just pricey. But I guess that comes with the view and ambiance.
