Rachel's Mediterranean Grill - Buffalo

I recently visited the Walden-Galleria location next to White Rabbit with my girlfriend for a quick lunch date. Unfortunately, the two employees working there seemed to be very high and were having trouble functioning. I have always liked this location, and the manager (who was not there during my visit) has always been very generous to me and my fellow uniformed patrons. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence. It was embarrassing for my girlfriend to have her first experience at Rachel's be like this, especially after I had talked it up so much.

We placed a large order for our office and most of the orders were incorrect. My salad was missing three ingredients, including feta cheese. How do you forget feta on a Greek salad? Instead of fresh pitas, they gave us bags of prepackaged pita chips. The quality of Rachels has significantly declined. They have grown too quickly. This will be the last time I order from them.

I experienced food poisoning from this restaurant and it appears to be a frequent issue. After asking people I know, I found out that four others had also gotten sick from eating there. This explains why the restaurant was empty when I visited. I will not be returning to this location. Rating: 1/5 for food quality.

Went for the 1st time I got a chicken pita with lettuce,tomato,green peppers,purple onions feta cheese with dill sauce my daughter got a chicken rice bowl with Rachel's rice that had tiny noodles in it with lettuce,tomato,fried onions,green peppers,pickles and dill sauce with a different one on the side. My daughter payed I found it little high but everything is now .the server's were fast and the guy who cashed us out was friendlier. I wish they would teach the line servers to speak up it was my 1st time but next time I got this! It was just like Moe's and Chipotle but Mediterranean. The place was large and industrial looking good music but we took ours to go we both enjoyed our food love the dill sauce and the chicken was tasty and didn't loose it with the other ingredients like at Chipotle. We will be back
