I always stop here for a coffee after getting a pastry from butter block and i’ve never gotten a bad drink. line went quick and barista was friendly and easy to chat with. not sure why another reviewer said there was no difference wifi because there is definitely wifi

My favorite spot for a well made latte and a quick bite. The staffs happy faces and great service keeps me coming back. If you’re not a coffee drinker try their new blueberry green tea lemonade, trust you won’t regret it. Keep it up!

Absolutely my favorite coffee shop. As someone who traveled from Rochester to Buffalo for their drinks means a lot. However, after today’s experience I will no long be going as customer service was awful. Seeing the barista make a face and mutter a comment so unprofessional. Never in my life have I ever been made feel a burden for letting them know I ordered an iced beverage rather than hot. Very disappointed.

I was excited to try this coffee shop because the atmosphere seemed really inviting. I asked for an iced cortado, which, even if it's not on the menu, most places are usually accommodating especially if they make cortados which this place did. The guy who took my order was nice and said they didn't typically make it but the barista would handle it. However, when he told the barista (a woman with curly dark hair), her reaction was quite off-putting. She looked disturbed, as if she had been asked to make something extremely complicated. My request was a minor modification which involved all the same ingredients for the drink but with ice. In my experience, good baristas are always friendly and willing to figure things out without making a fuss. After all, one of the goals of any business should be to satisfy its customers. Unfortunately, she made my drink with what seemed like disdain, and when she handed it to me, it felt like she was disgusted. I don’t know who hurt her but it was the most bizarre response I’ve ever received. Anyway, the coffee was good but I’m not sure I would want to go back to this place again. Kindness goes a long way.

Cute cafe with friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The blueberry latte was the best I ever had and would def go back just for it.
