Always short staffed which makes the process slower. But when people actually want to work the service is great. Sonic corporation needs to look into the management about the staffing problem. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible waited over 15 min. Before could order and ended up having to go in cause the girl could not understand us

We stop here often, as it is one of the few places I can order online ahead of time on our way home from the lake. The last 8-10 times we have had issues with accurate orders being made (we didn’t even customize anything just wrong items or missing items! , they are constantly out of stock on items (like chicken or fries who runs out of those?! , or never have any of the new promo items we see advertised on commercials. Staff all seem to hate their jobs — and wear it on their sleeves. No smiles, zero customer service. I hope the management sees these issues (doubtful and makes positive changes. It’s not an “oops” or “one time mistake” it’s consistent poor service and quality at this location.
