Do better subway. Whole lotta attitude behind that counter, don't think I ordered that. And maybe teach your girls how to make sandwiches. All the meat piled up in the middle? Really? So I got a 6 inch sandwich and a 6 inch bun. Pretty sure I ordered a whole footlong. Definitely taking this mess to go. The vibe in here not very inviting today. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially considering it is relatively new. I ordered four subs and ended up paying over $50 without any drinks or extras. I personally ordered an Italian BMT with all the vegetables, but what I received was a messy pile of ingredients. There was hardly any lettuce, only two black olives, and one slice of tomato on it. The paper wrapping the sandwich was so soggy that it was difficult to separate from the bread. The sandwiches my family ordered were equally disappointing. It seemed like the employees were not used to handling takeout orders and maybe took out their frustrations on our meals. The male employee who brought out our food looked unkempt and still had his sandwich-making gloves on. It made me wonder if he changed his gloves after touching the door twice before handling our food. I do not recommend eating here. Upon entering the restaurant, we found it to be vacant with no one acknowledging our presence. After waiting for four minutes, we eventually informed the staff that we were ready to order. Surprisingly, we were told by a staff member that they were unable to assist us due to having three sandwiches already prepared on the counter. Disappointed by the lack of service, we decided to leave. This experience was certainly not up to standard, as I have never encountered such poor service at a Subway before. Overall, the service rating would have to be a 1 out of 10.
