Tgi Fridays - Buffalo

This place was really good in the past, with fair trips eating and drinks where they have a good time and can enjoy an evening. now everything is too expensive our server has overloaded us during the happy hour for every drink, just because we get “on the rock” without the mixed soda. instead of $4 for their “cocktail” we paid $5.79 and 7.39 for the same exact thing they less raw materials. how is that fair? not to mention the $4 fee for the chips and salsa, which have always been added free of charge at each visit for a long time customer, will no longer be back.

I am not a big fan of TGI Fridays in general, but it was the next restaurant to stop. they have good prices, I have a chicken sandwich menu for 13 dollars. there were only 45 minutes so they could pick up our order, and there were 1 more family throughout the restaurant. I also asked about a thing I didn't want on my sandwich, and it was put on.

Sunday was a day of epic failures for the chain eateries. After the Olive Garden fiasco we decided to give TGI Fridays a whirl. Things don't start so good when the greeter tries to put you at a table and when we insisted on a booth were given the attitude face/stare. We sat for close to 10 minutes without anyone coming to our table despite waitresses passing us by. A second group of 4 sat down moments later behind us, but they chose to leave after 5 minutes of no acknowledgement. We waited those 10 minutes and without any words or acknowledgement we walked out. Bad on you!

Bar tender extremely busy, manager jumped in as bar back, dishwasher, drink mixer all with a good sense of humor. I know the world is short staffed but, we didn't mind the wait with such a happy team! Good job!

Our very passive group of 7 just walked out. we asked to be seated together, obviously, and the hostess brought us to a table with 6 chairs and said we could NOT bring another chair over. We asked again to be seated together, and were told 1 person could sit on the other side of a glass divider, at a separate table. we asked again to be seated together, as we came together, and we were told that was not possible, we couldn't put 2 tables together and we could not sit together. the hostess sighed and rolled her eyes, and tossed the menus on the table and we informed her we would just go somewhere else then so we could sit together. We are now at chili's, where we got a table for 7 within 45 seconds of entering the building.
