Wonderful freshly smoked brisket cut in big tender juicy strips. Refreshing lightly creamy/lightly sweet cole slaw. Delicious fingerling salted potatoes in some butter. Baked beans were great with red kidney beans and butter beans and flavored with meat. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Legit BBQ here in Amherst!!Met Chuck today, got a tour of his massive smoker. And immensely enjoyed the pulled pork and beans. Pork is light, not greasy, and a robust smoke flavor, light kick, not over powering. There was probably 12 oz of pork on each of the sandwiches. Beans are real nice medley, which I appreciate, with wonderful flavor. Smoked corn excellent, very fresh. Can't wait to try the brisket. My only criticism is a lack of his own barbecue sauce. Going to have to investigate further.

This will become a problem at some point in the near future due to spending all my money on bbq during lunch time. I’m all about pork but the brisket is absolutely phenomenal. Great job guys

Absolutely amazing stuffed peppers…. the flavor was spot on. The portion was worth every penny. Also get 3 nice pieces of garlic bread, and a huge salad…. Could easily feed two people. This was such a treat… and you can taste the love that goes into these meals… 10/10 !!!
