Tim Hortons - Buffalo

I visited the restaurant two days in a row around 3pm and was disappointed to find that they did not have any chili prepared. I wondered if they make it from scratch or if they were simply too lazy to have it ready for customers. I considered asking the two girls behind the counter, but they were too busy chatting. The poor guy who had to stop stocking shelves to wait on me did his best. However, I was not impressed with the level of service and it did not convince me that they deserve $15 an hour. Some people have described the employees as indentured servants, but I believe they are just working hard to support their families, like the rest of us.

This specific location will do anything to save money. They serve food that has been overcooked, watered down drinks, and food that has sat out too long (Stale). I thought Tim Hortons had quality standards, apparently this store does not follow them.

Too many strikes! Afternoon crew is bad at customer service, denied a free 7th coffee because the program switched, I didn 't earn a free coffee in a week it was about 3 or 4 weeks, associates played the it won 't let me card. 6 coffees at 2.50 I still was charged the extra for a caramel shot when I did get a free one. Location has been sliding downward last couple years. Its time to visit another shop and I don 't mean a timmies down the road as it could be the same cheap owner.

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE! They never get our drive-thru order right the first time. We still went because it's closer than the next Tim Hortons. One day, the drive-thru lady yelled at my wife for pointing out they gave us the wrong Timbits. My 3-year-old daughter in the backseat talked all day about how mom was yelled at. This place has terrible service, rude staff, and awful food. I've been to so many great Tim Hortons daily for 20 years, and this is the worst one yet.

I received excellent service at this restaurant. On a busy Monday, my daughter placed an order for Tim's nearby, but when we arrived, they didn't have our order. They directed us to another location where they were able to fill our order. The customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
