Tim Hortons - Buffalo

"The restaurant opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 9:00 AM. I anticipate being able to enjoy my coffee and a meal. Date: Tuesday, 29th, 2022. Food rating: 3/5."

They were from many things, hardly got a cream cheese on a non-roasted bagel, got our order wrong and made an ice cream with tea. not to mention, not well cleaned. very disappointed by this tim.

That's a place where you shouldn't stay. their toilet is closed for visitors, they didn't even let in a child, they counted additional coffee in the order we didn't order. the coffee was barely warm, which immediately cooled. in cold weather, they want to warm up with hot coffee, disgusting taste. children of dessersweet balls were with someone's hair inside. that is an evil place, do not visit it

That was the worst service I experienced in 55 years. eating was okay ish, but the team consisting of three ladies was incredibly unfriendly and untalented. it was so bad that they just don't earn more than a star. when we entered, we had to sit together. Although there were only three people before us, it took age. the reason was that only two worked while the third was not visible, as she had a chat with a guy on the street. also the oldest of them provided additional services for a customer, she was obviously knowing (exact here, extra-flakes there.) Finally we were asked to place our order we did. in the meantime, the waiting queue reached the door. Among other things, we ordered a blt as a menu (the panini that we actually wanted was not available.) while we waited for our things, the third team member appeared (one last of 35 40 years.) the first was that they complained in the imperfect ton that we would wait at the wrong place and she told us otherwise. then we have our coffee. we asked for sugar. the last one who came refused to give us sugar. she said we were calling, asking at the beginning. fortunately, her young colleague was helpful and gave us some sugar pain. I then asked about the chips that were part of the menu. the three of them refused to give them to me. That's really incredible. I have the impression that the one who didn't work at first exerted pressure on the others as they did. even if eating is good, I will never visit a tom horton, neither in the usa nor in the canada.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to there’s never any management the workers are rude. I sat out front waiting for somebody to wait on me for at least five minutes (no one else was in the place) When somebody did wait on me I was talked over and rushed. The next time I was there the workers were outside smoking they knocked on the window telling us to leave because they’re closed (at 5 o’clock in the afternoon). It is a real shame because people from all over come to the city and this is the treatment they get. I have learned that when my son has a hockey game there I stop and get a coffee prior to getting to the harbor Center.
