Good place for coffee and tea; but not hot chocolate (except for, if you ask for extra hot chocolate)
The worst place I have ever been. People are extremely rude. They messed up my order a couple of times.The customer service is a joke. They don’t even reply properly if you ask anything. I don’t know what’s up with them staring me and my friend. I absolutely hate this place for treating us so poor.
The gentleman in the drive through is the rudest person I have ever encountered in an atmosphere where they work in customer service. He has zero customer service skills. I did complain to a manager and was told that this is a common complaint.
Too many times has this placed messed up my order. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got a bacon and cheese, unbelievable that I have to start checking the sandwiches now before I leave. This isn’t the first time they get my order wrong it happens all too often. They’re also inconsistent with their quality and quantity of food: sometimes I get 6 hash browns sometimes I get 5 and sometimes they’re broken apart mush (idk how someone even dares serve this) and most of the time they’re hard and inedible. Despite their repeated mistakes, they do offer quick service.
