Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Typing while I am sitting in the restaurant. Ordered a two piece meal with fresh fries. They fixed my chicken box sat on counter for 7 minutes then put the fries that were already cooked in my box. I told them I asked for fresh fries and the response they are now changing the grease. So instead of telling the truth just put the old fries in my plate. The staff was extremely rude during this. There was an older guy hanging signs that was very polite but he was the only one. This place needs some help with customer service. Very unprofessional and using derogatory remarks.

I went in for dinner ask for fresh fries as I?m sitting there waiting on my food my chicken is getting cold as it sitting on the counter then they forgot about my order throw old fries in when I asked about the fresh fries they then decided to tell me they?re changing the oil so I got a refund and the entire experience I had attitude from the shift manager and one of their Frontline employees if I could give negative stars I would. Do not go in and eat unless you are prepared to sit and wait at least 20 minutes for fresh food?. I was a manager for this company so it?s very frustrating to see this happening. And they?re lucky I?m not their boss

Pretty darn good! Had some bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Was very filling! Biscuits aren't my favorite, but these are huge and delicious! Food was very fresh even though it wasn't busy at all. Guess the tea is extraordinary, if you like sweet tea.

I was an employee there for 2 years and 3 months I gave them my resignation and they put terminated so how can they feel good about there self then I get a letter out that says family reason I never said that it was because night shift did not do there job. And there boberries are not fresh and the cinnamon either the places is not clean and I would not eat there. I am so sad the the way the boss did and did not care what night shift did. I have my all there and it was not appreciated.so to all the people that go there I would not eat food

My wife worked at the Buford location by 985 and 20 for two and a half years! Never missed a day! After that time of working with bad management and loud employees allowed to talk on their phones and not do their jobs! My wife found a better job put in her two week notice! Worked two weeks! And they have the audacity to say she was terminated! Then the letter they sent says reason for separation is family reasons! Bojangles is a place that I will not do business with!
