The portion was pretty big and there was plenty of ramen and chicken. The broth was ok, but for the price, I expected better much better. I also thought there was too much onion, it was all I could taste.
Drinks tasted great, food was amazing. Wait wasn't long, got two create your own ramen. Very wide selection of ingredients, people were also very nice. Wonderful little place ?
Got the salmon poki, love it only thing is the pineapple should be chopped up like the mango was. Pineapple chunks is too big. The drinks also needed a little bit more sugar... I knoe shocking! Most drinks are way too sweet.
I purchased a poke bowl where I ordered extras of avocado, Masago and seaweed salad. The young lady rang me up but failed to inform me that there were no extra items. I sat down to eat my bowl and realized items were missing out of my bowl. I went back to the restaurant and informed them that I was missing the items. They then informed me that they didn't have them. I asked why they didn't tell me this when ordering and they looked at me dumbfounded. They couldn't understand why that was important. They then proceeded to brush me off. I understand hiring young people is cheaper labor but should customer service suffer. Also if I had known they didn't have those ingredients I would not have purchased the bowl.
Staff is nice. Thats about the only positive I have to say. They have unreliable registers that will some times take cards and sometimes wont. Food is extremely overpriced for what it is. The ramen is boiled water in a premade bowl (for the same price you would get from a sit down ramen place in Buford). The poki bowl is semi-fresh vegetables with sauce poured on top. The juice is over priced. For similar prices, go to a much higher quality boba or juices place in the same city. I will say it like how I feel:Overpriced, over hyped food, running through insufficient technology.
