Friends American Grill - Buford

I went to this restaurant with a group of 14 from the neighborhood for wing night (buy 10 get 10). The wings were big and we had no trouble getting a table, just as we expected. The waitress was patient and it was a fun night. I especially enjoyed the lemon whip dessert.

They don't deserve one star. Arrived at restaurant@approx1:15 Saturday. We were promptly seated, only 3 other patrons there. They brought our tea and menus. After 30 mins.or so we were looking for someone to take our order. Got up to leave and there was our water playing on his phone two booths away. He looked up and said, have a nice fourth of July! Unbelievable.

OK. As far as food, they get 4 to 5 stars. I 've always enjoyed my experience there until tonight. I only had a problem with our waitress. She made a mistake, but blamed me for it. I told her from the beginning that we had a to go order, but I was waiting for one more. I suggested I could give her the one I had right then, but she said I could wait. The wings took a longer than normal time to come to us. I had my meal way before those who ordered wings. Then, the waitress brought our check. My husband reminded her that we had a to go order. Her eyes lit up and she commented that the grill could be closed. It was. I was so upset and told her she should have told us. The restaurant didn 't close for another half hour, so we had no idea. I reminded her that I offered to give her the order earlier. And she had the gall to say, That 's on you, mama! She also said, You 're s.o.l.

I had a great time searching for a local sports bar in the area to catch some football and Braves games. The atmosphere was welcoming, with a nice mix of locals including adults and families. I ordered a salad and some wings, which were delicious.

First time customer. I was told the wings were really good here. So I had to try them out. The outcome was fantastic. I tried 3 different flavors, all delicious. I would recommend you going to try for yourself. I am an extremely picky eater especially when it comes to chicken. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great 1st experience
