Mcdonald's - Buford

I don't mind the employees who seem uninterested, but I do mind being served food that is undercooked, nearly raw. Check out the pictures!

I get it, nobody wants to work in fast food. But if you are going to sign up for it, at least have a personality. These young people today, need some serious social skills. Can't complain about the food, it's the same trash McD's has always served.

This morning around 7:30, I went through the drive-thru and was only three cars ahead of me. Within three minutes, I was on my way with my order. The staff was friendly and asked what sauces I needed. My order was accurate, complete with napkins, a straw, and everything I requested. It was a fantastic example of customer service—kind and efficient.

The worst McDonald's restaurant ever. The staff stands in front of me and I try to call them to give them my order and they don't even look at me. Most of the dining tables and chairs are not clean! . I ordered a sandwich only and had to wait an hour to receive my order When I asked about the order after an hour, the worker screamed at me, what was your order? And she said I'm sure I gave you this order before.I really I can't believe what happened!

The sign indicated that the restaurant was open 24 hours, but I couldn't get anyone to take my order. I drove around the building and noticed people inside the restaurant. I returned to the drive-thru and waited for several minutes, yet no one came to take my order.
