Moe's Southwest Grill - Buford

I would typically give this restaurant five stars for their excellent service and generous portions; however, my recent experience was marred by an employee named Malaysia, who was incredibly rude. She was on her phone, and when another staff member asked her to assist customers instead, she snapped back, "I never rush for customers; I have my own things to do." Her poor attitude was so noticeable that it affected her coworkers, who felt the need to apologize for her behavior. On a positive note, the young lady training the new employee was fantastic and provided great service!

The staff were friendly, but the food was lacking, much like a budget version of Chipotle. The drink station was messy and missing several options. The salsa station appeared old and unappealing, but that was irrelevant since there were no cups available for the salsa. If I recall correctly, there was only one label for all the different salsas. I would definitely recommend skipping this place.

This has been my Moe 's for years, but lately, service has slipped. Food makers don 't seem to care much, the last 2 times I 've been there, the soda machine has been out of ice and the salsa bar has been empty. Otherwise. MOES is still my preferred fast food place. I just hope this location gets back to being my favorite location again.

This is NOT the same Moe 's as before. The greeting welcome to Moe 's was missing as so was the tofu for the protein selection. They don 't t carry it anymore I was told, yet it 's still on the wall menu. The old Moe 's delivery van with the old logo sits on the side of the building with a flat tire or two. You 'd be better off going to Del Taco down the street. At least you 'll get your money 's worth.

The location has undergone a complete transformation. It used to be the best Moe's around, known for its high-quality service. Now, however, the food options are very limited, the salsa bar is empty, and the employees seem uninterested.
