On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina Mall Of Georgia

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The host was very welcoming, and the waitress was quick and cheerful. The entire staff was friendly and animated. It felt like a delightful dining experience, reminiscent of the good times I've had in the past. I've been working in California, Washington, and Texas, but I haven't had the chance to enjoy a meal like this due to work and the pandemic. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return!

We didn’t complain, but no one addressed us or apologized for the wait. We weren’t offered any bread, and I couldn’t find our server to ask about it. I ended up having to look for silverware myself. We ran out of water, and again, there was no server in sight. I had to leave my table to find the server, who did see me but then walked into the kitchen without checking if we needed anything. I ended up refilling our water myself. We waited and waited, but still no one came to check on us. Fortunately, we had cash, so we were able to leave it on the table when we decided to leave. Honestly, it's surprising we even paid at all; it was such a poor experience. This was definitely the strangest restaurant experience I've ever had.

Horrible experience. I got the build your combo with 3 items; 2 crispy shell tacos and an enchilada. The taco shells were stale and the tortilla shell for the enchilada was hard as a rock. I actually had a hard time cutting it with a steak knife. The mens restroom was atrociously filthy with toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, and the floor around the urinals and toilets looked like they hadn 't been mopped ever! The only good about the whole experience was our waitress. She was new but very attentive to our needs. We didn 't say anything about the food; I felt it better to report the issues here so more people could benefit from our experience.

Slow service for only mediocre food. At least they are better than the TACO place with the BELL

My father and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was the worst experience ever! I was seated near the host, and I noticed the owner sitting at a table nearby. Whenever a new group of guests arrived, he would roll his eyes and shake his head, as if he found it inconvenient to have more customers in his restaurant. I ordered the taco salad, and it tasted terrible. When the host/owner came over to our table after I'd taken a few bites, he mentioned that he had gone to the dollar store to get the sauce he used in my taco salad. Hearing that completely ruined my appetite, so we decided to leave. It was a very unsettling experience.
