Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Didn't have that long to wait for food. Big Zak snack wings are smaller then I'm used to.

I am a 20 year+ customer to this location and get a salad about every 2 weeks. The first change was to get rid of the nasty bowls and served in styro containers, good choice, now they discontinued thousand island dressing. I got ranch instead and it was tasteless. Just a wet topping without flavor. Time to find another place to get my salad fix. For the amount I spend on a salad I should get thousand island or ranch that has a flavor.

Poor service, fries were cold,sweet tea had no sugar,in which they did not notify the customers. Upon request the cashier said unfortunately they can't do anything about it and walked away.

An Indian man picked up the phone. I could not understand what he was saying then an English speaker answered, I think she’s Mexican though she picked up the phone and was extremely rude and accused me of prank calling??

Service is extra slow at this location.?
