Food took more than 1 hour to arrive, was the most expensive (and worst by far) meal we've had in Uzbekistan. I was the only vegan in a party of 10 and those who ordered chicken were served raw chicken and could not eat: after waiting for over 1 h. Please avoid.
Good vegetarian options and mentioned in the menu, hot starters and salads have also vegetarians and some of them vegan options. We tried cheese balls it's fresh cheese with garlic, herbs and sesame seeds, lagman and gulxanum. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-11

The restaurant has a beautiful indoor dining room with air conditioning and the service is very friendly. they offer, for example, short manti and lagman, as well as beside dishes such as rice with sweet and roasted kartoffels. the rice couscous we tried was excellent, while the traditional dish «dimlama» (potato, cauliflower and tomato in a tonpot) had enough salt for a living. do not choose this!
It was quite difficult to ensure that the waiter understood vegan. I ran through the whole no milk, no butter, no eggs several times and he seemed quite confused (and confused me.) I ended up with the beet-rooted dumplings and would not guarantee that the teig vegan is or that the buried was not cooked in butter. even after I had told the waiter that I did not want milk (by listing the milk), the dumplings were served with acidic cream. all viewed: not great, but not sure that they find better in the city
