Sonic Drive-in - Bullard

We've eaten here a lot. They're fast and my order has never been wrong.

Everyone who works there has always been nice, but it seems like half of the order kiosks don't work.

Order just a Route 44 water and put it in my brand new Stanley tumbler because I was eager to use it. After drinking all the water I went to refill it and saw THIS is my Sonic ice… I can only assume it’s mildew from the ice machine because it’s IN the ice and couldn’t have come from my brand new tumbler I bought that same day.

Didn 't get my food after 15 minutes. Was going to be my granddaughter 's lunch at school. Instead, no lunch from Sonic Bullard Texas. I buzzed back in after about 18 minutes to find out if it was about to come out the door, they said, Sorry about the delay, it will be out shortly. I said, nevermind, thank you. Wth. I know business can 't get enough people to work these days but make a change and fix this problem or it will shut down again for the 2nd time, since opening here..

Have a hot dog, just ok and got a 3 piece chicken strip combo w deads, nasty. We also have cheesecake shakes, very good.
