My husband tried the Alex Pilsner draft of New Braunfels and really enjoyed him. I had a glass house Pinot Noir. My husband had the wedge salad he shared with Dad and me. Very fresh! Overall, food was good, but do not expect large portions of food. Little tapa plates. We had the Crab Cakes, Hummus Plate, Brisket Pizza and the Philly Cheesesteak. The crab cakes were overpriced and salted. I'd give it three stars. The Brisket pizza and cheese steak were delicious. @ginosdeli doesn't need to worry. We had the chocolate truffles for dessert. The middle was crisp and warm. Dad didn't want him to have the last coffee in the morning! Thursday night is open mic night. It could be really good or not. It was just started when we finished our meal, so can't really weigh completely. There were outdoor seating, but the available were high tops that would have been difficult for Dad to sit down. You have wine memberships for those who often want to stop for wine.
It is not illegal to bring a child to a place where alcohol is served, but the rude, rude manager used this as a reason for their child policy. My wife and I had been looking forward to a nice night with my daughter and her child. The manager showed us very politely the door after sitting at a table. Very unfriendly furnishings.
I've been there for years now you've been through a few bar managers and I need to see one of them smile. Music is too loud. No reason to go home with my ears. I've been trying to solve this for months. No interest in management for adaptation. I think I got food poisoning there. I guess and they never said they were sorry. I'll never go back.
Cool little place. Many drinks options and many dishes.
