Found this place as was looking for somewhere half way between two locations so literally just put a pin in a map however we were not disappointed. 8 adults for Sunday dinner, service was fantastic, the portions were very generous, in fact the Crayfish on the Caesar Salad was too generous. The quality and quantity of the meat on the roast dinners was excellent nothing was too much trouble and the staff were delightful take a drive and visit this place it’s worth it

We were always great here four or five times. this time I had the chorizo Scotch egg with white bean and almond puree. excellent. my wife had the fish and chips the fish was squid that she usually doesn't like as it can be wet, but the chef is right. the bierbatter was amazing.
