Bj's Brewhouse Burbank

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, with great options for vegetarians.

Service was okay. We didn’t get silverware until 10 minutes after food arrived. My kids’ steaks were good a little over cooked but mine was small, thin, and way overcooked. I ordered medium and got well done. Won’t be coming for overpriced overcooked steaks again that’s for sure.

The service was terrible, and the drinks and food were bland and lacked flavor. Everything was extremely overpriced. Despite having a reservation for 7:30 PM, we were left waiting for a table for half an hour, which is simply unacceptable. I have no plans to return.

We have enjoyed BJ’s at several locations in the past. This was our first visit to the Burbank location, which was quite busy, but we had made a reservation. There were several large groups dining at that time. Unfortunately, our service was slow in taking our drink and entrée orders, likely due to the presence of those large groups. However, the food at BJ’s has always been excellent, and they have never let us down. While I would still recommend BJ’s as a brand, I'm not sure I'd recommend this specific location.

Our server was ok and it took a really long time for our food to come out. It didn’t even appear to be super busy when we ordered. Our server kept forgetting things we requested multiple times.
