California Roll Sushi - Burbank

We were at REI in Burbank and discovered this restaurant nearby. My husband is a sushi enthusiast, so we decided to give it a try. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant would be closing permanently that day, June 19. Despite the unfortunate news, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Overall, I'd rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

The sushi at this restaurant is truly outstanding. The raw fish was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, unlike the chewy texture I've encountered at other sushi spots. Everything was served quickly, and it was all fresh and delicious! This is the best sushi I've ever had, and I'm really happy I decided to come here. Food rating: 5/5.

The food is absolutely delicious, and considering the prices, it’s a fantastic value to dine here. This was our first time in LA, and we were a bit taken aback by some of the food prices around the city, but this place offers great affordability. I ordered the spicy ramen, and it came in a generous bowl with wonderful texture and flavor. I highly recommend checking this place out!
