Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burbank

Wrong sauce! It was very spicy. Was barely able to eat it.

They gave me a carnitas in my burrito instead of chicken. They barely give you any salsa when you order chips and salsa, and their red salsa is gratuitously hot when you get it on a burrito. I had to blow my nose and dry my eyes multiple times. Other than all of that, it was pretty good if you like way-too-hot carnitas burritos and chips with very little salsa.

Stale lettuce and spinach... nothing like picture the bowl was not even half full... and there was nasty water piled at the bottom of the paper bowl..

They didnt include the rice In quesadilla order also salad and Burrito didnt have much lettuce

Free burrito? We eat here a lot and love the food but I am a single faster on a budget, we get a text that says 'buy a gift card and get a burrito free on us ' so I decide we can take on of my kids friends that has never had chipotle for a treat I grab $30 and we are off, when we arrive I first buy the gift card and then they give me my receipt informing me I get my burrito on my next visit, I show them the text that says nothing about next visit they say there is nothing they can do, so there I sit without any food as my kids get their meal. This is just ridiculous and you have ruined me as a customer.
