Calling Authorities.. I spoke to the manager and ticket was the same.. pretty weird they were not taking cards ?only cash?
The staff at this restaurant is understaffed, leading to bad customer service. Buyers beware, as my online order was canceled but they still charged my credit card. The communication is very poor. Unfortunately, El Pollo Loco prioritizes profits over customer service. My condolences go out to all affected.
Slow service, manager decided to count register while customers waiting in line, I ordered double chicken salad got a few pieces of chicken and mostly lettuce, it seems most if not all el pollo locos are doing the same thing. Very disappointed.
To this day on the way to LA the 5. Excellent service, even a lady Blanca was patient with me and my boys. I have understood my order correctly and not pissed us off.
Good food with fast and friendly service and fair prices. Grabbed a take out Chicken meal which was very good with tasty sides. Loved it.
