Contribuisci feedbackThe employees are terrible, cashiers were rude. If you screw up your order, they won't answer the phone for over an hour. Def don?t go there for the cod food code because the old hag on the front only throw the entrance with code?
Good food and fast, but the pizza wasn't the best. A little undercooked. Everybody was nice. The store is very small, not a living room.
I ordered the little Caesar app online. Email reception was correct and when we got one of the pizzas wrong, so I called to let them know. Unfortunately, when she was on the phone with the manager she was rude and was really not helpful and had posture immediately when on the phone. If you can't deal with customers without being rude when I tried to speak politely with you, then maybe you shouldn't work with people. Then she hung on us after repeating that it is not her fault, and we said we understand, but whose fault is it so that we can correct it and fix it. She always said good that you ordered the app. Yeah, she can talk too? Still rude and not helpful and I didn't care.
Order online and wait for food. My brother in bc did not give an update to the link on my email after 10 min (not even that they were in the process of making food) When he came in, they hadn't begun, he had to wait 15 minutes. What is the point of online ordering if you do not begin to make it up to 10 minutes after our order when we go to check the status? I don't understand. Even if the order was finished, instead of giving him the food, she put it in the pick-up box. Why? You know he was waiting for this special order. It was 10 minutes before closing with no one in the store. Come on. Common sense.
No one at the front counter taking orders. Pizza cold and dry. Took 20m to take the order and another 30 to wait
