Masis Bakery - Burbank

I received terrible service from the workers at this restaurant. Despite placing an order for a specific graduation cake a week in advance, I was given the wrong cake when I went to pick it up. The workers did not apologize or offer any kind of discount for their mistake. I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning to this establishment.

If the owner of this establishment reads my review, I have a message for them: "You need to watch the behavior of your staff and ensure the quality of the products you sell to customers." My husband and I have visited this bakery multiple times because we live just one minute away. Despite the rude attitude of the Armenian women working there, we tried to ignore it and just focus on getting what we wanted. However, today was different. I asked my husband to bring me a piece of berry tart, specifically telling him to make sure the berries were fresh because I suspected they sometimes give old slices instead of fresh ones. He brought back five pieces and I was looking forward to enjoying them with fresh berries. Unfortunately, what I received was far from fresh. The cream was not fresh at all, and to top it off, there was mold on the blackberries and rotten raspberries used as decoration. We were extremely disappointed and angry. When we returned to the bakery, the woman who sold us the rotten pieces simply rolled her eyes when she saw us parking the car to return them. She didn't even apologize but acted as if she was doing us a favor by exchanging the pieces for fresh ones. I usually don't write reviews, whether good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to warn others about the terrible attitude and quality of products at this bakery. It's a shame I didn't take a photo of the mold, but the most shocking part was seeing her put the rotten piece back on the shelf to sell again.

Today I purchased 8 pieces of Napoleon cake and unfortunately, they were quite soggy. There was no flavor. I called and spoke with a representative who insisted that the cakes were baked that day and there was nothing they could do. I was disappointed that they wouldn't replace them with a fresh batch. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I recently ordered my nephew's birthday cake from this amazing bakery and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the sweet aroma of freshly baked goods. The cake was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and the fondant topped it off.As soon as we cut into the cake, we were blown away by the moist and fluffy texture. Each bite was packed with so much flavor, it was like a party in our mouths! We couldn't get enough of it and even had a second slice.Overall, I highly recommend this bakery for all your cake needs. The service was top-notch, the cake was delicious and it made our birthday celebration even more special. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful cake!We just found the jackpot in Burbank.
