Pollo Campero - Burbank

The ladies who run this place are very nice. They're very kind. They take good care of their customers. I've eaten here a few times in the past. I happen to be in the area so I'm treating myself to some of the delicious fried and roasted chicken.

I went here the other day with some girls from church. The young man Charles I believe, went above and beyond for us. He was kind and brought us all our food. He even cleaned up and brought us refills for our drinks. He was also very kind to hisstaff. I would recommend this place to anyone excellent customer service.

104 degrees weather and their A/C is broken. I go to get ice, and there is no ice. I asked for juice and there is nothing. The lady (I'm guessing manager on duty) was rude when I asked for more juice, as if it's not her job to refill the ice and juices. This place shouldn't even have its doors opened at 104 degrees weather and not having A/C. Health department need tointervene

I took my son here for dinner the other day. I?ve never been to Pollo Campero before and was completely happy with the food. We tried the fried chicken, yucca fries and plantanos. The service was amazing, we were greeted by the Manager Charles as soon aswe walked in. Him and his crew were very helpful and pleasant. Will be returning soon.

The first time I heard about this place and the food is great! The spices are large and not overwhelming. If your food person you will definitely enjoy the taste. Very recommended.
