Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Burbank

Wasn't in a place. this place was always busy. I guess the word came out that the quality really went down under the new administration. the parking space and the sign is so unkempt that I thought this place had closed. the staff is in dispute and rude. I asked about mardi gras screed, they gave me 1 sweet and sour and 2 honey screed. when I said the sauce was wrong, the worker replied that the sauce was in the pocket. Yes, the wrong sauce was in the pocket. they were not on many articles. they forgot to give me stumbling. I'm going to the popeyes of the woodworkers.

The journey was very rude. we also tried to order a gallon icy that she said they were out of the pockets and asked if 2 half gallons were in order, what I thought she would simply divide the $4 gallons between 2 pockets. No, she almost charged me $8 for two half gallons.

We used their drive and were disappointed at the slow reaction and waiting time. our chicken sandwiches were not as good as others.

We just went to the drive through here about an hour ago. There was one car in front of us, who was waiting at the window. We sat by the menu for like 10 minutes and nobody said anything, no greeting, offer to take our order, nothing. My husband repeatedly said hello, are we supposed to drive up to the window to place our order? Hello? No reply. Finally, the car at the window got their food and pulled up. So we pulled up to the window where two women were standing and one with a headset just looked at us like we were bothering her by being there. My husband asked again, do we need to place our order here at the window? Is the microphone broken? The lady with the headset shot us another evil look and shook her head no and turned away. We just left and went to Culvers instead. Won’t be going back to that Popeyes…ever!

Wanted to try the fish sandwich. Discontinued. No cocktail sauce for the shrimp. No drink carriers. Probably will not return to this location.
