Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Burbank

It seems like the restaurant is under new management or I just happened to visit on a lucky Thursday afternoon. The entire staff was on duty, the drive-thru was quick, and there were plenty of chickens ready. I went inside to place my order, and it was ready in just a few minutes. Everything was still hot when I got home. I don't have any major complaints, but I would suggest baking the biscuits for a minute longer since they were a bit pale.

I waited an hour for my DoorDash order. The manager needs to get their act together and ensure that people know how to prepare orders in a timely manner.

The food is great, but the service is really slow. They really need to update their computer system or something.

My hushpuppy butterfly shrimp was like black burn. I thought I had the pieces that fell the chicken on the bottom of the oil. the only star is squeezing the tiny pommes I got, they said they had no ketchup for the riders and the bag came with no serviettes?

Horrible!! I was told only mild chicken available. When I was at the window, they tell another customer that there is a wait on spicy. I asked, why didn’t they give me the option to wait for the spicy chicken? The girl told me, “I don’t work here, I’m just helping.” She then yelled at someone else that the customers are annoying. To top it off, I was missing my large fries and biscuits. From bad, to worst!!!! I wish I could give a ZERO!!
