Saraya Thai Cuisine - Burbank

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and the food was incredible! The service was outstanding too. I will definitely return. Food rating: 5/5.

Saraya Thai is our top choice for Thai cuisine in Burbank. Many locals regard it as the best in the area, and it's easy to understand why. Their dishes are bursting with flavor, pleasing even the fussier eaters—namely, our kids! We love kicking off our meal with the chicken satay and the scrumptious mini golden wings. The spicy beef salad is exceptional; it strikes a perfect balance of spicy, salty, and sour flavors. Our children also enjoy the chow mein and Thai fried rice with chicken. Though we used to be loyal to the Panang curry, my current favorite is the ground chicken basil. The sweet and salty sauce complements the ground chicken, basil, and white rice beautifully, especially when topped with a fried egg! It’s an excellent spot for lunch or takeout. While the restaurant is on the smaller side and parking can sometimes be a challenge in their strip mall, there is street parking available, and there's an adjacent lot as well. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices are just right. You should definitely give this place a try—you may find yourself wanting to come back for more!

I had an excellent experience with this meal. The yum woon sen was exceptional, showcasing a fantastic balance of sourness, sweetness, and spiciness, though it was a little spicier than I had asked for. The tofu rad na was also quite tasty, with a gentle sweetness in the noodles, which had a lovely char.

The food was absolutely delicious! It was bursting with flavor, which I loved. The customer service was great as well.

Without a doubt, this is the best Thai food I've experienced in Los Angeles, aside from Thai Town, and it rivals many of the places I've tried there. It's a laid-back spot located in a small strip mall, so it may not be the most glamorous, but it is absolutely worth a visit. The service is friendly, fast, and attentive. Plus, the lunch specials are unbelievable!
