I completely agree with the review that mentions discrimination. I don't understand why giving a star rating is mandatory. In this case, the restaurant does not even deserve a single star. Despite there being only three staff members working, I waited for over 30 minutes with no long line on a weekend night. The service was painfully slow. The worst part was the poor customer service I received after being approached by a homeless man asking for food. When I finally placed his and my orders, I went to pay and the girl at the counter was rude. The homeless man received the wrong order initially, even though I had clearly indicated which items belonged to him. He was disregarded when he requested other items, and I had to speak up on his behalf as I was also being ignored. The girl made me feel rushed and as if I was in the wrong for helping someone in need. Discriminating against someone based on their appearance is completely unacceptable.
I have been a customer at this restaurant for a while and it used to be great, my dad loved it too. However, the quality of their pizza has gone downhill and is now barely edible. Today, I had a pretty terrible experience. I went to buy 3 slices of cheese pizza and found that there were only 2 slices left, and they were not even on display but on the dirty counter. When I told the cashier my order, he gave me the 2 cheese pizzas I asked for. I assumed he would make a new pizza for the 3rd slice, as is the normal practice. Instead, he took a pepperoni and sausage pizza, picked off the meat, added more cheese, warmed it up, and gave it to me. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I was extremely disturbed. It is important for a reputable food establishment to do better, as this practice is not acceptable. Some customers may have allergies or religious dietary restrictions. Please do not repeat this behavior, as it may not affect you personally but can have a negative impact on many others without you even realizing it.
Delicious Italian fast food. Nice, soft dough in the pizzas, and sausage and pepperoni were flavorful. Staff was very helpful and polite. Recommended if you happen to be at Burbank Town Center and need a quick, delicious Italian meal.
Discrimination is Alive and Well at Sbarro In Burbank. I waited in line and couldn?t order my Pizza for me and my wife. They only sold me a Soda. I?m Hungry and I was left that way because he wanted me to get in-line again. Kids today are verydifficult. I have always enjoyed the pizza at Sbarro since I was a kid. Not Coming back. I?ll also make sure my kids andfriends don?t come back to this location that can?t treat a customer right.
