Shake Shack - Burbank

I had a fantastic time at this Shake Shack location! The food was delicious, and a particular employee named Aria was a delight. She was so polite and made my afternoon experience even better. I will definitely be returning (and regularly) and hope to see Aria again. She truly made my Shake Shack visit unforgettable!

Tonight was my 4th visit to the Burbank location of Let's Order. The burgers and bacon cheese were delicious, especially the pumices! However, if you plan on ordering a double cheeseburger, be sure to check your order before leaving. I have ordered double cheeseburgers through the app four times, and each time I was given a single instead. Although I know I should probably stick to singles for health reasons, if I pay for a double, I expect to receive it! After finally learning my lesson, I checked my order before leaving and once again received a single. The manager quickly resolved the issue, providing me with a new double cheeseburger and some free burger coupons as a gesture of goodwill. The lesson here is to always double-check your order before leaving and to calmly address any mistakes with the manager. Thanks to the manager's swift action and kindness, I am giving this place 4 stars despite past errors. The food is really good, and I appreciate the effort to make things right.

I tried Shake Shack for the first time and it was delicious. My whole family loved it. We ordered chicken and bacon burgers, bacon burgers, and original burgers with regular fries, some with cheese and bacon. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal.

Great burgers but is expensive. Better than in and outside security. You have no other options than soda on the soft drink machine. The staff was great on the day I went 04/23/22

Came in after settling arguments over 3 different restaurants for lunch. My friend finds their burgers too salty but I think they make a better burger than similar competition. The staff is friendly. Enjoyed the tablet based ordering to avoid social contact. Even with mandates lifted, they still have signage up and employees are masked. Overall, a great burger joint.
