Tony's Deli - Burbank

I often pass by, but I've never visited when they're open. Just a few weeks ago, I was in Burbank and stopped at Tony's before my appointment—it's my birthday! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a meatball sandwich. The bread was fantastic, and the meat portions were just what I hoped for. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, much more so than in most places. The prices were also very reasonable.

This is by far the best sandwich spot. My favorite item on the menu is the Italian cold cut. Everything on the menu is fresh. The service they provide is excellent...I usually come here for lunch and always leave very satisfied. I have recommended my friends and family and they all love it. Must try! You won't be disappointed

Love this place! My kids love stopping by after school for lunch. The service is amazing, very home style which we don't get much nowadays.

I was hoping to find a local, non-chain Italian sub, but it ended up being a general disappointment. I only tried Tony's special Italian sub, so I can’t comment on the other sandwiches. Unfortunately, the bread was below par—it didn’t taste freshly baked, and they didn't have cherry pepper hoagies, which are a staple of East Coast Italian subs and can be found in many other places. The meat was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary, and there was way too much oil used. My search for a great Italian sub continues.
