A wonderful farm to table style food with many organic items. Nestled in burbank, just a few min walk from hotel. Breakfast plate was delicious. Their pico de gallo was perfection. Love the cute outdoor area. They also have a formal dining room perfect for a date. Hospitable employees. Def will be back.
This place was great! We were in town for a game show audition and after we were done, we were hungry! My mother in law suggested a deli-type place and Wild Carvery was the first one to pop up! First of all, the neighborhood it's located in is super cute! It's almost small subrurban dining and shopping area; lots of people walking their dogs, families coming to lunch etc. So, for food, I decided on the pretzel bun breakfast veggie burger. It's a mouthful both in name and in size! It's juicy, spicy, filling, and messy! The pretzel bun is delicious and moist despite its density, the sauce is creamy and not too spicy, and the fried egg is cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed all of the flavors; but, it was challenging to eat. Eventually I just submitted myself to the process and accepted that I was going to have to fork up the rest at the end. My husband got the roast beef panini, and it was also very delicious! It wasn't anywhere near as messy to eat, so that's a bonus. I usually don't like roast beef, but they did a great job balancing alll of the flavors in this panini. I forget the exact ingredients, but I remember that it was very much enjoyable! I'd offer it for myself if I go again. My mother in-law ordered the tuna salad; it was alright. I'm not the biggest fan of tuna salad, so I may be a little biased. I don't remember nor did I get to taste what my sister in-law and brother in-law ordered but they certainly didn't complain. My only complaint about this place was the accuracy in our orders. Three of us got something we did not order, but as I stated earlier no one complained because it was all delicious. But if we had allergies or a particular aversion to certain ingredients it could have been worse.
Didn't have high hopes for this spot but was surprised at the goodness of my sandwich when I bit in! Got the Caprese Sandwich with the homemade chips! Also my friend's fries were good too. The food is fresh. I'm not a big sandwich eater but I enjoyed this place. They were also rlly nice to accommodate our big party by making a big table for us.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered a turkey club at the counter and seated myself. The sandwich comes w a side of fries, chips, or salad. The turkey club sandwich is a little pricey but they give you a sizeable portion. The sandwich was good and packed w meat and veggies. The French fries were a bit underdone though, so they were pretty limp. Overall a cute local place to visit, but a bit on the pricier side.
