Starbucks In Gatl - burg

Our drinks came out 15 minutes apart because no one was making espresso drinks

I am a Starbucker this Starbucks didn’t give me a Welcoming bubbly feeling the workers were blah and there was a stench I was very disappointed with this corporate location

First off you CAN NOT redeem ANY rewards or birthday drinks, so don’t try it. Other than that it’s Starbucks so they can’t really screw it up.

No A/C, barely any seats. Complimentary water. There are better coffee places in Gatlinburg.

The woman who took my order was was a disgusting human being. So so rude and obnoxious. When I received my drink I needed more sweet cream, the sweet barista gave me more with no hesitation and the woman who took my order YELLED FROM ACROSS THE ENTIRE STORE AT ME saying “next time there will be a charge for that” and then proceeding to yell things at me as I exited the store. What a sad experience for someone who is trying to enjoy a vacation and just need .30 cents worth of cream. Absolutely pathetic.
