Each 1 star rating is fully understandable. the price of a 5-star house is currently described as a groundless dedication. now short with a spicy and in advance the positive things. eating is still at 5 stars level for happiness and also the breakfast is still extensive, although it was reduced as a writing. Unfortunately, the personal lack is visible everywhere. Even if there seems enough personal, there is usually not qualified enough. which starts with check-in, where they are not even greeted, and ends at the breakfast where they have to wait long to make their drink order. but what is the crowning in this wellness hotel are the overnight prices. in the best premium for 710€ you will find the tiled chair, couch and completely secluded mattresses. we haven't been so bad for a long time. at a wellness hotel the focus should be on a relaxing imitation, but these mattresses are an unconsistent condition and an absolute guess. also the mattresses in the suits have their best days already behind them and do not offer a restful sleep. latex kisses and matratzenschoner should actually be taboo in this price segment and deteriorate the sleeping experience. also the conditioner and bathroom supplement not belongs to the basic equipment of the rooms is incomprehensible. currently a 5 star wellness hotel unworthy. there they are much better in bad saarow or south tirol. in this price range we fly to South Tyrol in the future, as this is nevertheless cheaper and with a distance more quality and service than the bleach.

In principle, the bleach is of course a good hotel. but if I pay two overnights over €1400, then I expect it is not good, but very good. it cannot be that simply the hotel bar is closed because certain days are not so busy (a declaration of the hotel). also the breakfast was more standard, I have better rolling in youth hostels. W-Lan is only available in the hotel description and is not usable in the fact. the evening meal was incredibly good, but on the basis of the temperatures that were not in the rest (it was really cold). the wellness area is very beautiful, maybe a bit came into the years, but this is just my personal opinion. I also find it a pity that they simply do not take all the saunas in operation, even with the pencil, they would not be exhausted. I was here for the third and unfortunately for the last time, because the price/performance ratio is no longer true.

Beautiful but price performance is not true. in the restaurant there is a vegetarian alternative in the evening. this was, however, only a “meat substitute” on two nights instead of meat. that is very uncreatiw and tastefully unfortunately not to justify for the price absolutely. vegetarians want their own heads and not a piece of tofu as meat. very bad. In the organics restaurant there was a suppe and cake. that is not a full-fledged lunch for me. the breakfast buffet was great. any special requests that we have made in advance were kindly received. The carpets are really not beautiful everywhere. the staff is trying to be some very nice, others could be here and there more friendly. all in all it was a nice short holiday, but for the price naja.
